We started vintage mystery boxes to fill a gap in the market for premium boxes. We have direct access to the top of the chain in the vintage industry meaning we choose which items we sell.

We carefully choose and curate all of our items to make sure you get the best value for money with no nasty surprises. We have introduced guaranteed boxes so you know exactly what you'll receive, the only thing that will change is the design and colour.

Why sell mystery boxes instead of selling the items individually?

Selling mystery boxes allows us to sell more items without having to list and photograph every item individually, sure we loose out on profit but it allows you to receive great items for a fraction of the cost and allows us to scale with predictive margins.

 

What's the difference between piece and themed boxes?

Our themed boxes allow you to get guaranteed items, the only variation will be the colour and design. Our 1, 3 and 5 piece boxes give you the opportunity to get unique vintage pieces and fits at a great price. All piece boxes will include leg wear unless sold out.

 

Do you accept returns?

We offer every customer the change to exchange their box once, simply email us and we'll provide the instructions to get you a new box!

 

How long does shipping take?

U.K shipping - All orders are dispatched within 48 working hours. We offer standard shipping with delivery times of 2-3 working days.

EUROPE - European orders are dispatched within 48 working hours and have an expected delivery timeframe of 5-10 working days.

INTERNATIONAL - International delivery timeframes vary, please email us for an accurate estimate

Here at vintage mystery boxes every piece we send out is 100% authentic, no replicas, no fast fashion knocks off just high quality vintage clothing!

Our Guarantee

Every item is graded by our experiencing team analysing the tags, stitching and material. Our team have a combined 10+ years in the industry and have sold tens of thousands of items.

We only offer original items from your favourite brands.

 

What condition are the items in?

Unless stated otherwise all of our boxes are Grade A. This is the highest grade of used clothing and means your items will arrive in excellent condition, freshly laundered and ready to go! Please pay attention to all product descriptions.

 

A small in the 90s may not be a small now so how do you size items?

Due to all of our items being vintage we do occasionally find that some maybe missing their size tags or that items may not match their tagged size due to sizes changing.

To make sure we provide the correct sized items, the team measure every item and match them to a recommended size.

Our leg wear is provided in line with the label sizing.
